All SMS coming Inspite of DND activated

Respected Sir,

My service provider intentionally sends all SMS though I registered for DND and it iwas activated around one year ago. WHY THEREAFTER EVERYDAY SO MANY SMS COMING? IT IS MOST EMBARRASSING.
