Efund of security

I purchased the Airtel number 919815608956 on 24/7. The security of Rs.500 was taken by Airtel from my HDFC account (01161050031982) in the form of lien. I have surrendered this number about 3 years ago but still I have not received security back. I have contacted in the Airtel office (LEVIN COMMUNICATION SCO 41-42 SURYA COMPLEX, PATIALA -147001 (PB.) ) with Ms. Anjana Thakur (919878764222), Mukesh and Sunita number of times but not received any positive response till date. I am harassed all the times with one excuse or other whenever i contact with them. I try my best for reimbursement of my security but all in vain.
