NOP service activation

I am using a airtel prepaid no:9871730759. Its been 10 days i have been calling airtel customer desk requesting the same thing repeatedly that i want to reactivate my NOP services, But its been a long hard time for me to get through the same. i have got few reference no: also for various complaints that i have registered till date, but what solution i have got till date is???

Answer is NOTHING..

most of the executives i have come across are unaware of what exactly is happening around with my no:. Can somebody help me??
