Deducting for service not asked

Airtel deducts a fee for providing cricket scores even when service not asked for. the onus seems to be on the customer to unsubscribe the service. hence if u do nt read the message money is automatically deducted before u realize. secondly customer care service provided is a farce as u get only a recorded machine. i hv repeatedly tried to stop this but each time they put it back and deduct my balance.pls take action.thankyou
