Prepaid number rejected

Respected sir,

I have buy an airtel prepaid connection the number is 9198185919 few months back and the number was rejected and on that number there was balance above rs100 and 1 year tariff and i had a talk with customer care and the shop owner from where i have purchase the number and also with the marketing manager Mr A.P singh of allahabad no body is listening and saying we cant help out and saying thats not my mistake and saying that go and sue the airtel company.

So please help me out in this matter as mistake is not done from my side it is the company mistake and please inform me as soon as possible and i will be very thankful to you.
