I have recharged my airtel account with Rs.67 for activating SMS pack. But even after recharging successfully, airtel is cutting my balance for messages. Customer care says its a technical problem and will be resolved in 24 hours. After 24 hours they send message that problem is resolved. But it is not yet resolved and my balance is reducing for every local or national message.
