Wrongly deduction of balance

Sir,

My airtel no. 9004400133

This is to bring to your notice the unruly and pathetic way AIRTEL is activating unwanted services like hellotunes and cricket packs etc. and deducting my account balance. when i contacted them on 121 they said that they have only deducted Rs 9 but they have deducted around Rs 50-60 Rs from my balance. Neither they are satisfactority replying to my problem nor they are crediting my account
