Iam R.K.MOORTHY & my Mobile No: 9600001777,
Iam facing so many problems regarding this line and I reported complaint to customer care for the past one year, every time each one is attending & each saying differential and convincing answer at that minute and no solution, &
regarding billing there are so many confusions & no clearance.
Since my Postpaid connection my payment is upto the date, but regarding my complaints they always saying that, " your complaint will be registered, & it will be forward ". This answer is repeating. So, because of these many problems iam getting late fee, then they said that, we will not mention late fee in the bill, you just pay your usage, but the late fee was included. so like this, there are so many error & confusion on their service, yet now single problem is not cleared & due to this Iam facing mental disturbances.
