Plan is not reverting

Hi,

I have an airtel sim and having friends plan in which 10 paisa per minute to airtel mobile and 40 paisa for any other sim.by mistake i have recharded with 60 rupees top up. hence my plan is vanished. when i came to know that plan has changed i tried my best to revert my plan and it was just top up what i was doing but there is no proper response regarding issue. Airtel is having good brand they should care of the customer requirements atleast they should give what we had in previous not just making profit in anyway.
