There is no resolution for complaints

Hi,

I am using Airtel postpaid corporate connection (9500029601). I am not able to send SMS to one particular number. Regarding this I spoke to airtel customercare and registered complaint 31339474. and after but I didnot get any relief. After that I spoke to customer care so many times every time they say "Sir dont worry it will be resolved with in 24 hours". When I am asking for any update they say "Out team tried to reach you they called to to discuss the issue but you didnt pick the call". But the fact is I did not receive any call. I didnt see any incoming or missed from airtel. They are liyng openly whenever I call them. I am completly pissed of with the provider. I am not sure what does it mean when they say "Sir!! just 24 hrs, your issue will be resolved".
