Mobile balance deduction

They have deducted 250 rs. from my account balance without any reason.

When i asked in customer care, they are not telling properl and also not giving satisfactory reply.

Althoug it is not a big amount for any one but it is really a big issue because in this manner they may cut the account of many people. So someone have to take an action aginst it.

We can't suppose this type of behaviour from such a global level corporation.
