Wrong deduction of money

Sir

i had am a citizen of India and live in Delhi. I have a Airtel connection. Mobile no. -9910367369 . I had gone to dehradun on 17th for one day and airtel have wrongly deducted Rs 99 for International roaming. I was in India only just 300 kms away from Delhi. i have contacted the customer care executives they they even lodged a complaint regarding this on the 18th and gave me time till 23rd my money will be refunded but nothing had been done from their side. I am in a helpless situation. I am a student and this amount matters to me a lot. As i have dont get much money. i would be grateful to you if you take action against the company. ASAP.
