Poor signal

I have used Air tel Postpaid Connection past three years. This connection belongs to S RM Mineral water pvt ltd. Ch-67.We had CUG more then 20 connection in the same network. In our office area very poor signal. Initially they provided one antenna in our campus. It is working properly in the first six months. After that the antenna was not working properly. Lot of time I complained through by email & phone also to customer care. But they not responding the complaints and not send any reply still. Please do the necessary action to them and solved our problem
