Deduction of balance for unsubscribed scheme

When i opned the airtel live without clicking or selecting a serivice of games club is activated and amount of Rs 5 is duducted from my account. i called a customer executive to resolve this problem he response me you have activated the service and the amount will be deducted continueously. while i have tried to deactive this service the response through the service provider is that there is no service subscribed. But the airtel customer executive told to me the service is activated and the amount is deducted and be continue.
