Wrong billing after cancellation

I was using Airtel CUG plan as the name is cug plan but they have charge almost double amount.
While taking this connections-9004000124-9004000125 the airtel dealer told me that you pay 1000/- rs.we will deduct from the bill amount. He is Mr.santosh, his dealership is located at bandra (E).
He promised me many benefits with this plan but within 10 days only i received a bill of Rs.1000/- for 9004000124 andRs. 500/- for 9004000125..god knowns for what they charge me this much, wen i haven't used that no's.when i asked, santosh told me this will get adjusted in ur next bill, but every month i was paying 1500/- rs.without any benefits. As he promised me that 1000 mins.will be free within CUG after wards it will charge you.but no 1000 min.was free and that amount also they didn't deducted, even though we kept paying the bill for 3 mnth, thinking that they may deduct to next month bill, but they didnt.
finaly i decided to cancel the both no.9004000124/...125, lastly we asked to santosh will you pay back my 1000/- rs as security deposit, than he told me to pay half amount and half will get deduct from ur security amount.
The same i did it, but after that i started getting harresment from airtel service people Malad ..they use to call me every day, i used to explain every body but even though they use to call again n again and they will be behaving very badly.
One day i received legal notice against of my bill, in that notice 1 no.was there of Mr. Sandeep Sood, i have explained everything to him with proof but still he has not rectify the problem, and still he has not called any time neither he is replying to my mails. For harrasing only service people or CC pepole will make a call like it is free for them but nobody will turn up after explaining my problems.
Its kind request to pls.solve my problem, either pay back my 1000/- or adjust that amount into my bill.
