Airtel- a thief, doesnot learn from its previous mistakes

Dear sir,

this my second complain for wrongly debting the balance for my a/c.

last time, rs 99 were deducted which was credit after long question answers section. this time again after around a month, my balance is debted with rs.50 (msg from 54321).

i had kept my balance well below rs99, as a precaution, before activating gprs service so that the amount wont get deduted but what to tell you about airtel brains... this time it deduced rs 50 from the amount.

my first call was disconnected when i asked for the complain number...

2) complain no : 33029539800

all the further correspondences should be done in writen and send the copy of it on my email address. airtel is providing the WORST SERVICE till date.
