Deduction of Money wrongly

Dear Sir,

On 4th April, I noticed that Rs. 317.87 have been deducted from my account balance, so I called Airtel customer care and came to know that it has been charged due to GPRS surf from my mobile from 6Pm, 3rd April to 3AM 4th April.

As per my knowledge I have never asked to activate my GPRS to Airtel customer care and did not surf internet in my mobile from the start of using my connection (Aug, 09). From customer care they repeatedly told me that I surfed so the charges have been deducted which is absolutely impossible.
