Fake call from pakistan at least country code say so (92)

I got missed call from number 923477465820 on 05th april morning 8:48 am.when i dialled the number he told me that that i won a lottery of 25 lacs.

and provided me number 00923057043418 and told me to call prem chand.

Please alert

This is very dangerous.

The govt should take some action against these kind of calls from Pakistan.
