Deactivating Cricket Service

Please deactivate the Cricket Online scores & Advertisment calls from my number, I am getting this message that my amount is getting reduced even If I recieve calls or havent made any calls. The card is registered in Mumbai and I am using it in Kolhapur. My number is 9987602607

do let me know what can I do. I have visited the Customer care here but the response is NOT SO WELL..

Please kindly take my case into consideration.
