Dear Sir,

On 06/03 at 1900 hrs I was shocked to learn that I had a caller tune on my no.9971985174 which I had not subscribed to.

As an aggrieved customer I promptly informed Customer Care. My call was taken by your executive Mr. Karthik (Ref no: 0406559448-Complaint no.198) who was very saucy and downright insolent and not the type of person who should be in customer care.

After my incessant calls to Customer Care and pleas the service was deactivated but Rs 15 was deducted from my account.

Even though the amount in question is small it is a question of principle Airtel should have courteous and knowledgeable customer care executives to redress the problems of its customers in an efficient rather than in an abrasive manner.

I am herewith sending a copy of the same to the consumer court as I have been dealt unfairly with.
