Harrasment, Cheating and unexplainable billing amount

I have taken the mobile connection for the number 9500019168 and 9500019175 under the scheme of monthly rental of Rs.300/- with 100000 sms free. I was doing the business of sending bulk sms. I have received the unexplainable bill amount of 22240/- and 21051/-. I don't know how you have derived at this billing amount. I have called the representative in the Besant Nagar Branch to resolve this problem of exorbident bill amount but it was in vain. I want a logical, genuine and justifiable answer from you for the billing amount. Now I have received the Notice from LOK ADALAT bearing No:77280 and 77279 to pay the above said amount which I am not liable to pay. I am liable to pay only the rental of Rs.300/- which you are already having a deposit amount. If you still want to move my case to the court I will take the matter before the Consumer forum for harrassing and cheating me and I will be forced to claim compensation for your explainable billing amount.

I expect a positive and immediate reply in resolving the billing amount from your side.
