Disconnection of prepaid sim (08894284762)

Espected sir,

since past few days i have been going through

mental stress due airtel prepaid service

that sir, i have purchased a sim on

04/03/10 (airtel prepaid). All the necessary documents

were submitted. But a month later the connection

was closed there were no messages or calls from

customer care. i contacted the retailer and i was asked

to re submit the documents. i submitted again on

05/04/10. but yesterday i was told to buy new

sim as they would not be able to activate it.

that sir, i had quite a balance . i don't want to

buy new sim as it was not my fault.

i expect an urgent guidance from you
