For rechrge of my mobile

Dear sir

My Name is vishnu kumar, I am retailer of Airtel Mobile service at Deoghr.

My problem is that, I am rechrching the mobile No (9006556028) by using the Airtel Easy top Up Mobile No (9934073944) on the Date of : 01.04.2010 & Amount of Rs.120/- time 6:19pm.

Rechrcing time the rechrge is succesful that massage given the customer mobile No 9006556028 & Transation Id No is 976213031 but amount is not given on the Mobile No. 9006556028.So kindly help me.
