Misleading the customer

I Mr. Ravindra M. Baandal is
costumer of airtel since april using two card of this company of the following
mentioned number i.e. 9867241117 and 9967771000 the above mentioned number
i.e.9967771000 is my V.I.P. number.
I have kept this number only for my business & for the uses of out of town. I
also like to get it to your notice that I am a regular bill payer and all my
bills are paid before due date. This is the track of my last 5 bills paid.

On 7th Jan it came to my notice that my V.I.P. number is not working when
made an inquiry on the airtel gallery I had been told that my card is being
recycled and allotted to some other customer I have faced a lot of business
losses due to the cancellation of my V.I.P. number
Without any intimation to the customer how can the
company cancel this card and allot it to somebody else? Kindly make this into a
strict notice and please take some action against this and assist me with the
same card and the same number as soon as possible.
