Automatic update of airtel application

Air Tel is automatically assigning unwanted application on mob no. 9717248048. Such as FnF, Airtel mobile TV, and Airtel picture post. When ever we make a call to Customer Care they said that these services are activated by customer. This is rubbish. Every time we have to pay for that unwanted applications. More over we get such confirmation only when charges is deducted form our account. So many time we mention that we don't any such application. But nothing is changed. Now we have only two option either we change our services provider or file a legal complaint against airtel for automatic update.
