Network Problem

I have an Airtel Lifetime prepaid number, which was working fine until recently I moved to a new house in Khar (W) Mumbai. As I go inside my house there is no network at all. It is too much of a problem when my friends and family are trying to contact me. I have made repetitive complains on Airtel customer care, they always say I will receive a call back regarding my problem but nothing has happened as of yet. I always get some 10 days future date by which my problem will be solved but nothing happens. My number is 9892459564. Kindly see if something can be done, its really a problem.
