New Broadband Connection problem

Hi,

I have applied for Airtel Broadband connnection on 7th April with payment of Rs 1500. Sales Executive promised that connnection will be installated on latest by 10th April. But now it 13th April connection is not installated and Sales executive is also not picking up the phone. I have visited there office as well, but no response again. Executive Name is Parmod Kumar (9971089897).
