VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A CUSTOMER CARE, IO ACTIVATE MY INTERNATIONAL ROAMING, ITS TAKES MORE THAN 30MINS JUST SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE PERSON. THEN WHEN I TOLD TO ACTIVATE MY INTERNATIONAL ROAMING, HE TELLS ME YOU HAVE TO CALL MAHARASHTRA . I TOLD TO GIVE MAHARASHTRA NUMBER THEN IT TOOK AROUND 15MIN TO GET THE NUMBER. I HAD BEEN CALLING FROM OVER SEAS, I CALLED THE OTHER NUMBER AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE. JUST WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME, AND I HAD TO HANG UP. SAME THING HAPPENED LAST YEAR, AND MY SERVICE WAS DISCONTINUED AND MY NUMBER RESOLD TO SOMEBODY ELSE.

I HAVE LOT OF BAD TASTE FROM AIRTEL TO TELL BUT DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME. YOU GET LOT OF ADDS, UNWANTED CALLS... ETC.. THEY JUST WANT CREAM WITHOUT PAIN... VERY SOON VODAPHONE IS GOING TO TAKE OVER... AS THEY ARE REALLY DOING VERY GOOD AT THIS TIME TILL DATE, (APRIL).
