Charges deducted for service not applied

Dear Sir

I would like to bring to your notice that I am using prepaid connection of Airtel and I am not satisfied with the customer care service.

On 14-04 Rs 15/- were deducted from my account for miss call alert activation

I NEVER APPLIED FOR THIS...
