Wrong deduction

I am holder of Air tel mobile phone no - 9650870346. On 15/4 I found that a sum of Rs 30 has been wrongfully deducted from my prepaid balance. On lodging a complaint with Air tel I was informed that this amount has been deducted on account of so called services taken by me by dialing 543216 number which is said to be regarding friend chat service. I never opted for such service and neither I ever indulged in ringing up on this number. I am a senior citizen. The Air tel did not refund the amount to my balance.
