Unneccessary messages and activation of schemes not asked fo

I have been receiving some messages telling me about some unneccessary schemes, without me subscribing to them the operator has put them on, on my number. i have encountered such problems more than once and to this effect i want to file a consumer complaint against the company as the people at their outlet are lousy and do not lend a helping hand at any point.

i want that the issue be considered with serious thought or else i shall move on to filing an public interest litigation against the company
