Hi

I had taken two mobile account in the Same plan IB 16 CUG, under the condition they have ask me to keep the same plan for both the number to get the discounted rate of of 10 paisa/min... but in actual they are charging on 30 paisa/min. and now they are asking me to re-submit the doc to get this!!
