Unable to receive sms from airtel numbers from chennai

My mobile number is 09760365430 (dehradun). for the past one month i'm unable to receive text messages from various airtel numbers from chennai. for them delivery failure report repeatedly comes. customer care says that the problem has been resolved from my side. so i the chennai number holders to contact the chennai customer care. they say the problem is in my mobile. pl help sort out this situation
