I recently got a mobile and a connection was offered to me for free by SUbhiksha mobiles. I furnished all the necessary details and got the connection. For the first few days it was working fine. I recharged with 400 rupees and got full talk value (offer). Then, I recharged with 99 (gprs offer). Suddenly, the connection went blank. Saying, it was unregistered. I had a balance of around 330 rupees in it. Therefore I went to Airtel Relationship center and complained. They asked me to wait. It was around 3 hours and I approached them again. They told me the concerned person was unavailable and asked me to come over again. I went again in the evening only to find out that it was not even the guy sitting in the counter. He was more like a clerk and told me to contact customer service center. I told him already I contacted them and they asked me to go to the Airtel Relationship center. He started swearing at the customer care people. Finally, he made the call to the customer care and told me to wait. Then, a lady at the counter asked me to come over and started to talk crap and I would assume was trying to assuage me with all pity. I felt too awkward, I was there for a complaint and they talk crap to you. I told them I wanted to meet their manager, which they told I had to wait. FInally, I got frustrated and gave them a sound blasting and walked away. DON'T EVER USE AIRTEL!
