Incorrect Balance deduction

Dear Sir,
I have Airtel mobile prepaid connection. On 18th April I registered for two services
1. Misscall alert (MCA) which is valid for one month.(service charge Rs 15 for 30 days)
2. Buddy finder (Activated by me by mistake) whcih is valid for 10 days (service charge Rs 10 for 10 days)
On probably 23 or 24 April, I received a sms from Airtel stating that my MCA alert will be renewed with 3 days and 15 rs will be deducted. I calle dthe cutomer care to clarify it and they told me the sms has been send by mistake. Hopefully nothing will be deducted.
On 25th April I deactivated the "Buddy finder" Service and confirmed with customer care that it has been deactivated.
But for my surprise, on 27th April Airtel deducted Rs 15 for my MCA service renewel. I straight way called the customer care and again they said it is by mistake Airtel deducted the money. They refunded back it immediately. Though I felt little unhappy for the fact why it deducted the money at the very first time.
But my horror started now. After airtel refund my money, my balance was Approx Rs 170.74 .
I made two call for a total of 20-30 (not sure exact) minutes. To my surprise My balance became around Rs 143. My call tariff is 50 paisa for any national call. So it should not be that low. It should be near about 155 to 160. I called the Customer care again and they admitted that there was indeed some wrong deduction and they will revert back to me with the refund. They did not mention the reasin why it became 143 . Only said there is some system flaw.
On 28th April, I got a sms stating that Rs 15 has been credited to my account with regards to My complaint. But actually nothing has been credited. One of the Customer care person called me at the evening on 28th to confirm that money has been credited. I told him nothing is credited please check the system. The guy confirmed there seems to be some problem he will revert back to me with in two hrs. But no one get back to me. On 29 Th april I again get a sms sattaing that Rs 15 ha sbeen credited to your account but again nothing is credited.
On 29th April, I contacted the customer care. This time i am totally frustrated with the whole thing. Again one of the cutomer care executive told there seems to be some wrong deduction and they will refund it to me whcih they still have not. But I wanted to know why do i need to call them several time to get my refund. The guy told me he will connect to the superviser but it is not and the line get discoonected. With talking to the customer care several time yields nothing and i have still received my money back.
