Non-issue of mobile number inspite of giving ID proof

Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Praveen Shokeen, resident of Nilothi (near Nangloi), Delhi, have lost my number 9818345350.

I went to Airtel office in Hari Nagar near Jail Road. Inspite of requesting again and again and giving a new ID proof, they are not responding to the request.

The request was made on 13/04 with 25/- cash as well. They promised to forward the request within one week but after one week they said your request was not forwarded.

Kindly look into the matter and help please.
