Unnecessary Calls and SMS from Airtel for Payment and Billings

Hi,

I would like to inform you that, i have been getting unnecessary Calls and SMS from Airtel for non-payment and billing etc. for the below given numbers of Airtel landline, registered by the Name of M/s Veenus Sportswear Pvt. Ltd.(VSPL):

My vodafone number 9873****** was registered by airtel as an alternate number for these no's 011-41530881, 011-45546307/308, 011-43028448, 011-42111872.. (belongs to M/s VSPL), without my consent (also, my number is registered in DND), till I was working with the company M/s Veenus Sportswear Pvt. Ltd.", I never mind airtel people calling me up, but since i had left that company a year back and despite of many request lodged (latest compalint no's are Ref.121520481 and 126189830 Dt.13.03.2010) with Airtel customer care, i am still getting the calls and sms from them on daily basis for Payment etc. and i am totally fed-up with these calls and SMS's.

Please help me out!. as iam writing, once again i just got a call for the non-payment of 011-41530881 from 011-40549011.

I am attaching all the mails for ref., to which havnt even bothered to reply.

So, I hereby request you to take immediate action over this matter.

I hope you will not force me to take any strong action against airtel.

This is the last time I am requesting you to solve the below said problem, as i have again received a call from your department from ph. no.011-46484400 at.3:12 pm Dt.17.03.2010.

If it is not stopped by you today itself, then i am sorry to say that, i will be forced to seek legal help to resolve this problem.
