9903608344 MONEY DEDUCTION-WITHOUT ANY SPECIAL SERVICVE REQEST

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention regarding my unauthenticated deduction of money from pre paid mobile balance. i have been using a phone no 990368344 since 2004. I observed that suddenly Airtel has deducted some charges without any special service requested by me. More over i have tried to contact the customer care of Airtel side, but they are not giving proper feed back on mention issue. Might be it is not a big amount, and then also if they are deducting the pre paid balance from group of subscriber. it will make good profit for the company. End of the day customer is loosing the money and cheated by the renowned company like Airtel.

Once I got line of Airtel customer care and I had detailed the all my problem, but they didn’t take any action of my grievances.

I am seeking your help on this matter.
