Regarding frequent network problem

My name is Piyush Virulkar. I live in Nagpur in Ladikar Lay Out, Manewada road. I am the consumer of Airtel company for Mobile service. But from last 5 to 6 days I am facing many problems regarding coverage at my home. I called their customer care 2-3 times but they either cut my call or say that "The problem will be solved in 4 hours" but no such actions are taken from their side. I am lots of problems that i cant make calls or message some one from mu home. Earlier there used to be coverage at my home bur from last week or so this problem is occuring.
