Value pack not activated

Sir,

I had recharge sms pack of rs. 50 of Airtel on 28/04/10. But till today the value pack is not activate.

When ever i complaint about that to Airtel Customer Care they give me 24 hours time but never do nothing. I lost my all balance in sms. Company doing froud with me. please do something
