Blocking of Prepaid sim 9632590773

Sir, My mobile is lost made nokia 7210 supernova and IMEI no.355743027515556 on 2nd May and my prepaid no. is 9632590773. for this I have made a complaint in police station. Now i want to block the sim and for this i have contacted to customer care four times they told to buy duplicate sim of same no.and they are telling your adress varification is not matching. This no. I was using for last 01year. pls block the above mentioned prepaid no.
