Airtel
No response when request for disconnection is given

My airtel Landline Line phone number is 044-45511035.

I have been requesting Airtel to disconnect my Landline services from past 2 months.

I have given them request through letters and by calling their customer care center at 044-44444121.

But they just keep transferring my call and they give no response. I have spoken to them for about 20 minutes each time i call them.

I am not at all satisfied with this.
