I am having a airetel connection from last 6 yrs. as a postpaid customer but from last 8 months i am having a problem of billing with airtel and after making a complaint at customer care the problem will be solved and assurance been given to me that nothing worng will be charged in future. But the adjustment allowed to me for the bill shall again showed as unpaid amount in next bill the same thing is being happened in feb.march and april bill of 2010 but now the customer care people are not even listing properly are the airetel services of that kind, the customer has got an ample time free to call you peoples and make a request like a begger for undue unjustifed charges. reply the same my no. is 9810221638
