Rs.25/- deducted from my account

On 16/50 Rs.25 had been deducted from my account from airtel company for nothing when I got in touch with costumer care executive he told me he could not give me details of the deduction because my account will update by next four hours then he could give details but when I contacted after four hours the executive could not give me details. when i next day contacted c. executive that day also he could not give details and refused to refund deducted amount this this happen several time with me. Could i get refund of my deducted amount from the company and get ride of the such type of harrasment from the company.
