Anauthorised Amount Deduction from airtel prepaid account

Hi think, now a days airtel is the worst service provider in india... They cheat the customer a lot in any ways.

I just got an sms from airtel... saying that Airtel Radio has been renewed on my airtel mobile number and I have have been charged Rs 30.

That too when i did not put any request to activate the this service.

even when i call to 121, while transfering the call to customer care executive it says that dialed number does not exist. So I am not able to speak to customer care executive...

And why they are giving the customer care service, there is no use of customer care service if people are not ready to listen the customer complaints...

What to do... i dont know...

Goverment has to take some action against these people...

They are cheating the people and making money...
