Unwanted Caller Tunes

I have been Airtel subscriber to over two years. I have observed that Airtel has been give license to loot customer. Airtel automatically subscribed my mobile number for caller tunes without my consent. After informing the customer care it was promptly stopped. But to my surprise after few months it has repeated the same. Mr. Mittal, please do not become rich by looting consumers.

So my advice to every user of mobile services is to watch out for such dirty tricks from service providers. And to take them to task with TRAI and Consumer forum.
