Change of plan from postpaid to prepaid

I am Dachepalli Renuka, I am using airtel connection no.9963112346, with a relationship number 104-100998500.

Since april 1st week i have been communicating with local airtel connect people, regarding the change of plan from 999 to postpaid. No action was taken on my request and now i receive number of calls to clear the dues, where i am asked to pay the full amount of Rs.999.

I request you to adjust the amount that airtel owes to me and charge me with prorata of the 999 rent which is ment for the whole year. Also migrate my connection to a prepaid plan.

I am prepared to clear the net dews if any i owe to the airtel after adjusting my balance of amount with airtel.

Earliest response on the issue is highly appreciated.
