Unnecessary renewation of Mobile Radio

Airtel is renewing Mobile Radio Service without my concern and deducting Rs.15/- everytime. I have complained Airtel 3 times and they try to convince me that this service is stopped on this no. and it wont happen again. But It happened again and again, and i get the same answer all the three times i went to them. The are deducting my money without any cause and i want my money back.
