Stupid Commitments from Airtel reg Postpaid to Prepaid Migration

Dear Airtel,

Previously i use to have a Airtel Connection from airtel with Number (9849617777) as was been facing Heavy network related issues, due to which i had switced to Vodafone Now, I was been having the payment pending to Airtel, I got a Call from the Airtel Ho Srinivas - 9989194224 (Begumpet) Saying to make the payment of Rs.3500 and he has committed me that the AIRTEL will migrate the connection to prepaid and will send me the SIM, Its Almost 10 Days and No one has reverted back to Me, when iam calling Srinivas he is not answering the Call, I Dont know Why the AIRTEL is Fooling the Customer, I what my Number back to me as committed by your Team Member. or else i have to opt the Legal Way.
