Out going calls

I hav submitted my documents 5 days back. till now my out going service has nt be renewd. when ever i cal them they are saying it wil take another 48 hrs to renew my service. This is the worst service in india. I am thinking to go consumer and file a case against Airtel for not responding to the problem. We will mewet in the consumer soon...
